Requirements
|
Staff:
We have a staff of over 75 professional
chefs, waiters, waitresses and bartenders.
Your staff of professionals. Your staff
will set up, cook/prepare and serve your food then clean up the entire premise,
leaving everything as it was found.
You have a choice of staff dress for your
party:
Formal black tuxedo attire
Khaki or black pants, white oxford shirt & tie
Khaki or black pants, golf shirt or denim
Rentals:
As part of our service, we can order all your
rentals: from tables and chairs to crystal, china and specialty items. We can
arrange a preview of a table setting or bring samples to you. Your
rentals will be billed directly to you by the rental company.
Table Linen:
All table linens can be ordered exclusively
for your event; sample books can be brought to you. A viewing of your selected
linen, along with place settings, can be arranged.
Flowers:
Libby can recommend floral designers that fit
your taste and
budget who can provide innovative ideas
to accent your party theme and decor. We coordinate the flowers with your
linens.
Cakes:
Culinary trained pastry chefs from wedding
cakes to theme cakes.
Limousine Service:
From horse and buggy to stretch limousines,
we can provide it all.
Liquor:
We do not provide liquor but we can recommend
companies that will deliver your liquor and pick up any unopened bottles. Of
course, we will set up the bar for you as well as tending to it.

 Tents:
Do you need a tent? We work with various
reputable companies and can arrange for them to come to the event site and give
you a quote. Libbys guidelines are If you cant fit your guests comfortably
in an alternate protected location, a tent is strongly suggested. Unfortunately,
we have to plan for inclement weather so that your event will run smoothly under
all conditions.
Music:
We have a varied list of DJ's, pianists,
ensembles, bands and more available upon request. A schedule of where groups are
playing or sample CD's can be furnished.
Porto-johns:
Available from the most simple porto-john to
executive trailers with piped-in music and air conditioning.

Ice and Bar
Mixers:
Ice can be ordered for delivery for your
party, to be invoiced separately. We recommend 2 lbs of ice per person on a hot
day. Bar mixers include: sparkling water, diet & regular soda, cranberry -
grapefruit - and orange juices, lemons and limes and
cocktail napkins. Specialty drink mixes can be supplied upon request.
Deposit:

secure your event date.
You will be sent a proposal with a contract.
The contract will specify a non-refundable dollar amount for deposit and a date
the deposit is due. Upon receipt of the deposit, your event date will be booked
and Libby Coverly Cooke Catering will be reserved for that date.
Cancellation:
- weather or other circumstances
A cancellation date will be notated on the
contract. In the event of cancellation on or after this date, the total food
cost and administration fee (if applicable) will be due.
Payment:
No payments of any kind are required the
night of your event; we don't like to interrupt our clients and guests during
their event. Gratuities are completely at your discretion. Any gratuities should
be given to the captain the day/evening of your event. Libby Coverly Cooke
Catering cannot accept gratuities on staff's behalf
The following business day, an invoice will be given
to you for immediate payment. |
